Campaign T&C
1. Campaign Period
The Campaign will start on 01 October 2025, 12.00 a.m. and will end on 31 December 2025, 11.59 p.m. (“Campaign Period”). Chubb reserves the right, at its sole discretion amend, change, or extend the Campaign Period.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This Campaign is open to all individual citizens of Malaysia who:
(a) are 18 years old and above at the time of participation; and
(b) has successfully purchased Chubb’s Travel Insure policy(ies) during the
(i) Campaign Period:which has a premium of RM45 and above; and
(ii) online via: https://www.chubbtravelinsurance.com.my/cti/my-en/home.html
hereinafter referred to as (“Participants”).
2.2. Each purchase of a Chubb Travel Insure policy counts as one (1) entry, regardless of the number of individuals insured under the policy. The purchaser of said policy will be deemed the Participant, provided that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria outlined in paragraph 2.1 above.
2.3. Participant must provide a valid and active email address that belongs to them to ensure effective communication and legitimate claiming of the Prize.
2.4. This Campaign is not open to:
(a) any permanent, temporary or contract employees of Chubb;
(b) any travel agencies purchasing on behalf of their customers;
(c) any distributors, or advertising and sales promotion agencies engaged by Chubb;
(d) any purchase of Chubb’s Travel Insure policy by a corporate entity or on behalf of a corporate entity; and
(e) any person who is a sanctioned individual under the laws of the United States of America, European Union, or Malaysia. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include persons that are, or is likely to become subject to, any sanction imposed by the United States of America or the European Union, including any sanction that supports a decision or resolution of the United Nations Security Council.
2.5. Eligible Participant based on paragraphs 2.1 – 2.4 above will automatically be enrolled to the Campaign.
3. Campaign Mechanics & Prizes
Winner Selection and Prizes
3.1. During the Campaign Period, prizes allocation are as follows (“Prizes”):

(a) Participants whose entries are in multiples of 26 will be selected as the winner, up to the first 200 winners.

(a) Participant whose entries are in the multiples of 700 will be selected as the winner, up to the first 6 winners.

(a) The first 10 Participants whose entries are in multiples of 450 will be shortlisted.
(b) The shortlisted Participant will be invited to Wisma Chubb Kuala Lumpur at their own expense to answer a set of questionnaires.
(c) The Participant who answers the questionnaires the fasters and with the most accurate responses will be the winner of the Grand Prize. |
3.2. Participants may purchase multiple Chubb’s Travel Insure policies throughout the Campaign Period but:
(a) each Participant is only eligible to win one Weekly Prize or Grand Prize;
(b) and each email address is only eligible for one Weekly Prize or Grand Prize.
3.3. An entry may be disqualified if Chubb deems it to be made via:
(a) participation in a syndicate; and/or
(b) any forms of machine-assisted intervention enabling multiple computer-generated entries.
Announcement of Winners
3.4. The winners and the shortlisted Participants of the Campaign will be contacted by Chubb via email (cti.my@chubb.com), using the email address provided by the Participants when purchasing Chubb’s Travel Insure policy online during the Campaign Period (“Announcement Email”). Chubb reserves the right to disqualify any submissions with duplicate email addresses.
3.5. The winners will also be announced by Chubb on Chubb’s website (https://www.chubbtravelinsurance.com.my/cti/my-en/home/wavesofcelebration.html) as well as on Chubb’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ChubbInsuranceMY).
3.6. Chubb reserves the right to select another winner should the email address provided is invalid or the email is undelivered for whatever reasons.
3.7. Chubb will not be held liable in the event a winners or a shortlisted Participant cannot be contacted for whatever reason following the date of Announcement Email. The winners and the shortlisted Participants are given 7 working days to acknowledge to Chubb’s email, failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Prizes Distribution
3.8. Each Consolation Prize winners will receive an email containing a link to redeem the Prize.
3.9. The winner of the Grand Prize will be announced and distributed on the same day the shortlisted Participant are invited to Wisma Chubb Kuala Lumpur to answer the questionnaires.
3.10. The First & Grand Prize winners shall collect the Prize at Chubb’s office, and the office location will be shared via the Announcement Email. If the First Prize winner is unable to physically collect the Prize, then a shipment arrangement will be made to the mailing address within Malaysia provided during the Campaign registration.
3.11. The Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable to any other person.
3.12. Chubb reserves the right to alter, add, cancel, or substitute with an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice.
3.13. This Campaign is in no way sponsored or endorsed by all brands related to the prizes.
