Travel Claims
Use this form if you have claims for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Missed Connection, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Accident & Sickness Medical Expense, Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains. Any claims referencing a medical condition will need an Attending Physician Statement submitted with the claim.

How to submit your claim
- Click here to file a new claim.
- Complete ALL relevant sections & questions that relate to your claim in full.
- Ensure that you attach ALL the required supporting documents that relate to your claim. Failing to provide the required supporting documentation will usually result in us contacting you for clarification and delay the assessment of your claim.
- You will receive immediate acknowledgement of receipt of claim.
