How to participate in the lucky draw?

Simply purchase a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single (except Saver Plan) and/or Annual Multi Trip policy between 1 October – 1 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Each unique qualifying policy covering a different journey entitles you to one (1) lucky draw chance at winning the prizes below. A policy covering the same Insured, Destination, Departing Country and in the same travel period is not a unique qualifying policy. The more lucky draw chances you accumulate, the greater your chances of winning a prize in the lucky draw!

When will the results be announced?

The draw will be held on 16 January 2026 and winners will be announced on this page within 1 month from 16 January 2026.

Who is eligible for this lucky draw?

The lucky draw is only open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 18 years and above who have purchased a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single Trip (except Chubb Saver) and/or Annual Multi-Trip insurance policy between 1 October - 1 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). 

Promotion and Lucky Draw T&Cs

1. The discount, lucky draw prizes and giveaways on Single Trip and Annual Plans are part of Chubb Travel Insurance Promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion will run from 1 October to 1 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is organised by Chubb.
2. During the Promotion Period, all Single Trip (except Chubb Saver) and Annual Plans for Chubb Travel Insurance will be discounted at up to 30% (“Discount”). Customers may purchase Single Trip and Annual Plans at this discounted rate for travel at a later date (travel date can be up to 6 months from the date of purchase, but the date of purchase must be within the Promotion Period).
3. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, You must be a Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident aged 18 years and above. You must purchase a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single Trip (except Saver Plan) and/or Annual Multi-Trip insurance policy (“Qualifying Policy”) during the Promotion Period and Your application and insurance premium payment for the Qualifying Policy must be accepted by Chubb during the Promotion Period.
4. During the Promotion Period, as part of the Lucky Draw, the purchase of a Qualifying Policy will entitle you to (1) draw chance for the Lucky Draw.
5. The winners of the Lucky Draw Prizes will be drawn at random.
6. There is no maximum cap to the number of chances that you are entitled to during the Promotion Period.
7. You will only be entitled to a maximum of one (1) prize for the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period. This is regardless of the number of chances you are entitled to.
8. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 16 January 2026 between 0900 hours to 1800 hours ("Draw Date") at the following address: 138 Market Street, #11-01, CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by a Chubb appointed external auditor (the “Auditor”). The winners will be randomly drawn by means of a computerised draw under the supervision of the Auditor and the winners will accordingly be determined.
9. The main identifier used for the computerised draw will be the policyholder’s name as indicated by the policyholder when the policyholder signed up for the Qualifying Policy / Qualifying Policies.
10. Customers who have purchased only a Single Trip Chubb Saver Plan are not entitled to any draw chance in the Lucky Draw.
11. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be announced and published at https://www.chubbtravelinsurance.com.sg/cti/sg-en/home/eoyluckydraw2025.html within (1) month after the Draw Date (“Announcement”). The winners will also be notified in writing within seven (7) working days of the Draw Date, by email to the email address stated in the policy (“Notification”). It is your responsibility to inform Chubb of any change in your email address (if it is different from the address that you provided during signup for the Lucky Draw) and Chubb shall not be held responsible for any non-receipt of the Notification. The winners of the Lucky Draw will also receive their redemption emails within three (3) weeks after the Notification email. Any Qualifying Policy that is cancelled, within one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period, will not count towards your entitlement to the Lucky Draw Prizes.
12. The Notification email for the Lucky Draw Winners will be sent by Chubb’s email (with sender email address TravelTeam.SG@Chubb.com) to the registered email address indicated during the Policy purchase.
13. If the winners do not redeem their prizes within three (3) months from the draw date, the prizes will be forfeited.
14. Chubb reserves the right to replace the Lucky Draw Prizes with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.
15. Chubb shall not be responsible for the use, merchantability, quality or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspects of the Lucky Draw Prizes or the replacement item.
16. Chubb shall not be liable to you or any party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the Lucky Draw Prizes or the replacement items.
17. Chubb reserve the rights to forfeit unclaimed prizes at any time without any prior notice in its absolute and sole discretion.
18. Chubb reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw without any prior notice.
19. By enrolling for the Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have:
    a. consented to receive the Lucky Draw Prizes in accordance with the table above.
    b. Provided accurate and truthful information during the application process.
    c. Met all eligibility criteria as stated in the Lucky Draw terms and conditions.
20. A redemption email for the Lucky Draw Prizes will be sent by Chubb's appointed vendor (with sender email address chubb@reward360.sg) to the registered email address indicated during the Policy purchase.
21. To redeem your Lucky Draw Prize, please refer to the redemption email and follow the steps to redeem.
22. The Lucky Draw Prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for other items or returned for cash, and other items in whole or in part, and if lost or stolen.
23. During the Promotion Period, the purchase of each Single Trip or Annual Trip Chubb First Plan will entitle you to a giveaway (“Giveaway”).
24. The Giveaway is only open to customers who have purchased a Chubb First Single Trip Plan and/or a Chubb First Annual Plan during the Promotion Period. Eligible customers are entitled to the e-vouchers (“e-Vouchers”).
25. The Giveaway is not applicable to customers who have purchased any Single Trip Chubb Saver, Chubb Economy, Chubb Business Plan and any Annual Chubb Economy and Chubb Business Plan.
26. By enrolling for the Giveaway, you are also deemed to have:
    a. consented to participate and receive the e-Vouchers via the registered email address provided during successful policy purchase;
    b. Provided accurate and truthful information during the application process; and
    c. Met all eligibility criteria as stated in the promotion terms and conditions.
27. Your entitlement to the e-Vouchers will be fulfilled within 2 months after the end of the Promotion Period. Any policies that are cancelled, within 2 months after the end of the Promotion Period, will not count towards your entitlement to the e-Vouchers.
28. A redemption email for the e-Vouchers will be sent by Chubb’s appointed vendor (with sender email address chubb@reward360.sg) to the registered email address indicated during the Policy purchase.
29. To redeem your e-Vouchers, please refer to the redemption email and follow the steps to redeem your e-Vouchers.
